Rhys' career has always been centred around people. Relationship building and striving for only the best service is his priority. Banking and financial lending provided the perfect platform for him to get into real estate sales then management.

The satisfaction in seeing a transaction through to completion and ensuring everyone feels they have had an exceptional and enjoyable experience is his main motivator.

In his professional and personal life, Rhys has always strived for excellence and recently received recognition as "Sporting Personality of the Year 2018" from the Hauraki and Thames Coromandel Sports Awards, for his support with the Special Olympics and swimming. Community involvement has always been part of his lifestyle.
