Now in his fourth year selling real estate in the town which he has called home for over 20 years, Hayden has over $50 million worth of sales to his name.
Hayden has an extensive knowledge of property in Pauanui, through being in the building industry for over 15 years and having built his own house on the Pauanui Waterways. He also knows all there is to know about how to live the lifestyle, being a keen boatie but not such a good fisherman, having run the Outback Surf School for ten years and enjoying spraying golf balls around the town’s courses.
Having four children, two granddaughters, all of whom have been raised in Pauanui, Hayden knows all about being part of a tight knit community. Hayden also owns the Outback Surf Shop with wife Erin, so is at the forefront of being fully immersed in the holiday resort 12 months of the year.
