Kia ora, my name is Hannah Riddle-Pelchen.
The Coromandel has been my home since I was ten years old. After moving away to attend boarding school in Hamilton and completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Management at Otago University, I am thrilled to be back, settled, and building my career in the community I love.
I bring the same drive and determination to real estate that I developed through years of high performance netball. I am a tireless advocate for my clients, whether you are looking to sell a cherished family home or purchasing the property of your dreams.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me baking, on the netball court, or occasionally swapping my netball shoes for rugby boots to run out with our local women’s team.
