Unique Beach Front Home with stunning views and great for all weather entertaining with three deck areas to choose from. Open plan living with covered in BBQ area and open fires inside and out. There is a private TV room with Sky TV provided and comfy couches to relax. Kitchen has everything you need with breakfast bar and all the modern conveniences. The master bedroom with queen bed has sea views and a large ensuite with two showers, double vanity and bath. Bedroom 1 and 2 have ranch sliders opening onto sheltered deck area and share the second bathroom. Out the back is the Summer House with a view through the house to the beach and another outdoor sitting area. The Summer House has 2 bedrooms and third bathroom, bedroom 1 with a queen, bedroom 2 with 2 singles. There is another living area with TV, fridge/freezer and facilities to make breakfast. Also there is an outside shower to rinse of after swimming at the beach. There is plenty of parking and room to park your boat with facilities for cleaning your fish and boat washing.
