Caroline is a Scottish lass who emigrated from Edinburgh to New Zealand in 2016. With an international career in executive assistant roles and also in property sales, she was delighted to bring her combined expertise to the Richardson’s Real Estate team.
Her emigration to Whitianga was filmed by the American property show ‘House Hunters International’ where she searched for a place to call home on the peninsula.
Prior to arriving in New Zealand she worked in Saudi Arabia as the senior executive secretary to the President of the Kings University (KAUST). Before this, she enjoyed six years of property sales success in Scotland, working for one of the UK’s major housebuilders, Barratt Homes.
With a creative passion for interior design, furniture refurbs and anything property related, she is well placed in the housing industry.
