Upstairs - Elevated Living with Ocean Views?
The top floor has been designed for both relaxation and entertaining:
* Master Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom, sea views, and direct access to the upper balcony.
* Second Bedroom: Queen bed, ensuite, sea views, and balcony access.
* Third Bedroom: Queen bed with private ensuite.
* A fully equipped kitchen with open-plan dining, and living area, perfect for gathering and taking in the views. Note there is no microwave.
* Additional separate toilet for convenience.
Step out onto the expansive upstairs balcony, which runs the full width of the house. Here, you'll find a Weber BBQ, alfresco dining table, comfortable outdoor seating, and two large umbrellas for shade--the perfect setting for long lunches or evening sunsets by the ocean.
Downstairs - Space for Rest and Recreation?
The ground floor offers:
* Fourth and Fifth Bedrooms: Both with queen beds, sharing a spacious bathroom plus a separate toilet.
* A large multipurpose area complete with desk, additional drinks fridge, and plenty of room for activities or a quiet retreat.
* Laundry facilities for guests use.
GARAGE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE
From here, step out to the lower deck, where another dining table provides a more intimate setting for relaxed meals by the garden and beach. Enjoy a warm outdoor shower after you've enjoyed the ocean.
