Mary Parkin

Licensed Salesperson | Pauanui Team
I have been a property owner in Pauanui since 2000 and a resident here since 2005 when I commenced my Real Estate career with Richardsons Real Estate.
I feel very fortunate to be living and working in a beautiful part of the Coromandel Peninsula alongside a very committed and professional sales team, who strive to provide the best customer/client service that we can.
Prior to becoming a licensed sales person, I had a long career with the Bank of New Zealand around the North Island. My husband Dave is a retired ESOL teacher, and we have three adult daughters and three treasured grandchildren.

What the Clients are Saying

"Mary was a great communicator every step of the way. We had been looking for a bach in Pauanui for the last year and a half. Mary took to time to understand what was important to us and sent us filtered options (houses) to look at on a regular basis. She didn't waste our time with places she knew wouldn't be of interest to us, which was great. Thanks for taking the time Mary, we got there in the end! "

Hayden and Susan Nelson

"Mary kept us fully informed during the entire sales process."

Anthony & Lois Peacock
