Lottie Ashwell

Licensed Salesperson | Pauanui Team
I moved to Pauanui, with my husband in 1996 and within two years decided that this was the place to call home; Pauanui with its great sense of community, its beauty, quality lifestyle and within a comfortable distance of family in Auckland has truly become home. My working life started with teaching, but while living in Melbourne I completed a degree in Hospitality and Culinary Management, which led to twenty years in the hospitality sector and training and development. It is the hospitality background of service and relating to people and their needs which I use today to enhance the client and customer relationship. Buying or selling a home or holiday home is a major and often emotional decision and it is important that you are able to trust and depend on the agent you employ to help you. Listening to my clients, being sensitive to their needs and maintaining an honest approach with quality of service leads to success.

What the Clients are Saying
