This large 4 bedroom holiday home would suit 2 families and the golf enthusiast. Overlooking No3 Tee and down the fairway. It is only 4 mins walk to the beach and tennis courts. A short stroll to the Golf shop.
Level one has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining. Bifold doors open onto the north facing large deck with BBQ and outdoor setting. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and waste disposer complete with bifold window opening onto the deck. The TV with DVD is in the lounge and the CD stereo is in the kitchen. Level one has a large bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet and Bedroom one with a queen bed. Level two has the second Bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite and Bedroom three and four have 2 single beds each.
The double garage has a pool table and dart board on one side and room to park your car or boat, bikes, fishing, golf gear etc on the other side. The laundry is also in the garage and has a washing machine, tub and dryer. No tents, pets or smoking.
